OBC Certificate is Compulsory If you are going to Join in Central Government Job to avail OBC Benefits.

Requirements: Income must be less than 6 Lakh/annum

 Pay slip
 Community Certificate Xerox
Qualification Certificate(SSLC/+2/Degree/PG)or any based on your qualification
 Ration Card Xerox
 Date of Birth Proof  Xerox
 Property Tax Bill Xerox(If you own a property)
 Home Tax Bill Xerox( If you own a home)

Consult the office for full details they will guide you                                          
                   

Step 1: Go to collector Office, Get the application form for OBC Certifcate, they will give you form and  Stamps of cost Rs 20.

Step 2: Write a Application Letter(your father have to write a application letter )If you dont know how to write, , there will be people in the office campus, they will write it for you, you have to pay 10- 20 Rs for them,Paste the Stamp.

Step 3: Take the application letter and form to the Taluk Office 1st floor in Collector Office campus, You have to get sign from 3 people( they will guide you)

Step 4: Take the signed letter to your VAO Office ,it is in Vadasery near Krishnan  Kovil, They will write something and then get a sign from a VAO and then take the letter to the Revenue Inspector of the Revenue Department which is at the back side of VAO office get a sign from Revenue Inspector.you may have to wait some time in Revenue Office For Verification, they may ask you to come in afternoon.Note: VAO office differs with area

Step 5: After that take the letter and hand it over to the same Taluk Office in the Collector office Campus, they will ask you to come after 2 or 3 days, On the Said day, Go there they will give you the OBC Certificate
