Pay Property Tax, Water Charges Bill Online in Nagercoil

Go to this site  https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in/

Click on new user registration

You will see a Page like this

Fill the details.Feilds marked with * is compulsory. After creating username and password go to the home page. and type your username and password you have created now to login to your account.

Step 1:

HOME PAGE WILL BE LIKE THIS

Step 2 :
If you are in a hurry you can go to make payment option and type your assesement number for property tax or  water connection (If you dont your assessment number see below step 2 a))and click submit, you will see your details.
After that you will be taken to a page like this

Click confirm and you will be taken to a payment page of billdesk.
Step 3:

If you had already used ATM card online, this wont be a matter,

For the first timers,

Select the Card type: Visa or Master, you can see this in you ATM card

Number: At the Front of the Card you can see a 16 digit number , type that

Expiry Date: Its also in the card on the front side, type that

CVV code: this will be in the back of the card: below the black film , there will be white covered number, in which last three number will not be covered, type the number

Name: type the name exactly the same in the card

Code: type the code shown in the web page 

Click Pay,

Then if you are using your card for the first time it will ask you to create a password which should consists of number, letter, symbols. create a password and remember it ( as you have to use this password for all transacation for using your card online).

Then click Pay, Wait for some time, dont reload or click back, unless you see a receipt,

You will see a receipt, if you need you can take a print out

Step 2 a):

If you dont know your assessment number, if you have your previos bill there you can see, if you dont have ,you can go to my properties tab in that tab go to add assesment   you can see the option as search your asssesment number 

Select the municipality

Which ward
Your name: same as registered for the particulars for the concerned bill
Door no( not compulsory)
And then click Submit you will get your asssessment number, Click on your number, you will taken to the page as below, if you are getting error, dont type your name, ward, street is enough, then you can see a people list of your street select your name from that and save it

Similarly for water connection select add connection and do the same process.

If you have saved it your property tax number and water connection you will see that in my properties list from that you can pay it easily in the future as show below

click pay and do the step 3 ).
